An alternative option for those who prefer the romance of camping under New Zealand’s clear starlit night sky, is The Clearing, our secluded campsite, with cooking and washing facilities provided.
The Clearing is a few minutes walk through the bush from our house and is surrounded by tree-ferns and the sounds of the river.
A solar shower is provided however there is also a private and very efficient solar shower available in the garden of our house
$15 per person [includes cableway crossing]
$10 if arriving by boat.
Extra nights all $10 per person.
